My Goal

The workout described on " http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/high-intensity-circuit-routine/printer.php" Is what I will attempt to be using while trying to reach my fitness goals.
My goals are:
  • Drop my weight from 200 to 180 range.
  • Be able to complete the workout 3 times
  • Be able to complete a set of pull-ups
  • And to get to 50 total push-ups in one set.
Right now I can only do a total of 1 pull up on a good day, and do 5-10 pushups in one set. I have not tried this workout yet so I do not know how many times I can get through the workout. I plan on using this as my primary weight workout and I am joining a martial arts club at my university for days in between.
